Order Processing

Tembea Nami products are made to order. Once your payment has been received and confirmed, we will prepare your order for printing and dispatch.

Please allow time for production before your order is dispatched. We aim to deliver orders within 3–5 days in Kenya, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and order circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Kenya: A flat shipping fee of KSh 400 per order.

International orders: A flat shipping fee of KSh 2,500 per order. International delivery times and any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable import charges unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Information

Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact number at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may cause delays or additional delivery costs.

Someone may need to be available to receive your order. If a delivery attempt fails, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

Delays

We make every effort to deliver orders within the stated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to production issues, courier availability, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate significant delays where possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
